The questions that might be on your mind
Those questions that I asked as a client, clients have asked me and those that have kept me and others awake at night.
Yes. If you're asking, it's because something feels heavy or confusing — and feeling that way about hard things is about as normal as it gets. It's you, so it belongs on the table.
Yes. Feelings aren't right or wrong, they're information. We don't judge them in my room — we lay them out, break them down and give them a good look.
Say it. That sentence usually comes right before the thing that matters most. Nothing you say will shock me, and nothing you say makes you a bad person for saying it out loud.
Then you're my kind of client. Most people arrive with a head full of 'stuff' and no idea which bit to pick up first. That's fine — we start wherever you are that day, and the order sorts itself out.
Then you cry. There are tissues, there's no embarrassment, and I'm not going anywhere.
No. Confidentiality is the ground everything stands on. There are a small number of legal exceptions — around serious harm — and I'll explain exactly what those are before we begin, so there are never surprises.
Only if you want to. You set the direction. Some things we pick up, some we put down, some we chuck away entirely.
As long as you need — no more, no less. Some people come for a few months, some longer. It's open-ended and it's your call, always.
Then you tell me, or you simply don't book again — no offence taken, honestly. The free twenty-minute chat exists exactly so you can find that out before committing anything.
